Irrigation Express Pty LTD reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. All transactions will be billed in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason. Special pricing offered for bulk orders is only valid if you proceed to purchase the entire volume of items that were quoted for you.

Quotes from Irrigation Express Pty LTD are valid for 30 days. Should the quote be accepted after 30 days, the quote will be subject to confirmation. Quotes are priced based on quantities as per the quotation, and any variation to the quantities will require a re-quote.
Quotes that have discount pricing are to be paid via Bank Transfer Only

Information displayed on Website

We endeavour to display correct information at all times; however, any errors pertaining to product descriptions, photos, typographical errors, pricing errors or any other type of error is unintentional and subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Product Range and Availability

All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with Irrigation Express Pty LTD ; however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.

Payment

Full payment is required upon confirmation of your online order. The total amount of your order will be charged to the credit card you have provided at checkout. We accept major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your designated credit card. Please ensure that your credit card information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available to cover the total cost of your order. In the event that we are unable to process your payment, your order may be cancelled or delayed. For your security, all payment information is encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment, please contact our customer service team before completing your order.

Irrigation Express Pty LTD will appear on the cardholder's statements for all transactions through this website.

Freight Costs and Delivery Charges

We ship using Australia Post. You can find expected delivery times here. 

Freight charges are free for orders above $200, excluding GST for deliveries across Australia. For orders made below this amount, a standard flat rate for handling and freight will be automatically included with your total to pay at confirmation of your order. Larger volumetric items:
Please note certain products will incur a shipping charge, regardless of total spend. This will be stated on each product page such as pipe and coils or if an order exceeds 22kg, you may be charged extra shipping. We may refuse to ship some products to certain areas due to excess freight costs. Your order will be fully refunded if this is the case.
This freight charge is calculated depending on location and product ordered. To calculate the freight amount check the "my cart" page where the cart totals are shown.

Delivery times may vary depending on the parts ordered and the location of delivery, but you can typically expect to be between 1 to 5 working days (excluding rural delivery addresses, this is dependent on your rural delivery service)

International customers need to contact us for a quote for freight costs; freight free options do not apply to any international freight.

Goods will not be shipped to a customer until payment is confirmed as received unless a credit account is held.
Irrigation Express may withhold delivery of all or any part of an order at their own discretion.

Returns of Products/Refunds

You may return new and unused items sold by Irrigation Express Pty LTD within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to your courier. We will notify you of your refund via email once we've processed the returned item.

Courier Expenses: If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs. If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the return shipping expense. Additionally, if you return a significant portion or your entire order, and we initially covered the shipping costs, we may deduct those expenses from your refund.

Products NOT acceptable for return:
A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 30 days.
B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.

Collection of Information

Any data including contact information may be held for future information, response, product recall, marketing, sales, or any other contact Irrigation Express may choose to make. Irrigation Express Pty LTD undertakes to hold your information securely, and your information will never be passed to any other entity for database sales or marketing purposes. Your information may be passed to a third party support party for any installation or repair related purposes.

Warranty

Goods attract a warranty period which may vary from product to product. Warranty covers only defect as a result of a manufacturing defect or faulty parts. We are not obliged to replace products if they can be repaired. In accordance with consumer laws, a replacement product will only carry a warranty for the duration of the warranty period of the original product purchased. Warranty does not cover any labour costs. Abuse or neglect of a product or product being used outside of its intended use or application will void any warranty. We reserve the right to obtain any information in order to determine the cause of failure. Failure of a product within the warranty period does not automatically constitute or guarantee a warranty.

Goods are sold on a return to base basis. This means that it is the customer's responsibility to either ship the goods back to our address for inspection or to take the goods to our nominated service dealer.

Design/Specifications Supplied by you.

We are not responsible for any loss, cost or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any error, misdescription or inaccuracy in any design, specification, measurement or other information supplied by you or any third party or any missing information. We are not obliged to check any design, specifications or information supplied by you. Where good is intended to form part of another good or to operate in conjunction with another good, you are responsible for ensuring that the design or specification for the goods to be manufactured (whether such design or specification is to be supplied by you or by us or by a third party) is compatible with the other good. You warrant that any design or instructions supplied by you or on your behalf will not breach the intellectual property rights or other rights and interests of any other party.
