Shipping Rates and Conditions
- We offer free shipping for orders over $200 (incl GST) for deliveries across Australia.
- For orders below $200, a standard rate is applied $15.00 (incl GST)
- Some larger coils will be charged extra shipping. This will be listed on the product page.
- Order pick ups can be done from our site at Coolum Beach
Heavy or Oversized Order Surcharge
We reserve the right to contact you regarding additional shipping charges under the following circumstances:
- The total weight of your order exceeds 22 kilograms.
- The delivery address is classified as a remote or non-standard location (we ship to PO Box addresses).
Prior to dispatch, affected customers will receive a detailed shipping quote outlining any applicable surcharges. These may include costs associated with palletisation or specialised handling required for non-standard or high-cost shipments.
