Returns and Refunds Policy

At Irrigation Express Pty LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aims to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers.

Consumer Guarantees

All products sold by Irrigation Express Pty LTD come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Returns Process

1. You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and in new condition.
3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or our error

Refunds

1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
2. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Products invoiced more than 30 days ago
2. Items that are dirty, damaged, or unsuitable for resale
3. Custom-made or personalized products

Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty:
1. Contact us immediately with details of the issue.
2. We may request photos or videos of the fault.
3. If the product is found to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping

Warranty

1. Warranty periods vary by product. Please refer to the specific product information for details.
2. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty parts only.
3. We reserve the right to repair products when possible, rather than replace them.
4. Warranty does not cover labor costs or damage resulting from misuse or neglect.
5. For warranty claims, customers are responsible for returning the product to our address or a nominated service dealer

Change of Mind Returns

While we are not legally required to accept change of mind returns, we offer this service as a courtesy to our customers. However:
1. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
2. A restocking fee may apply.
3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging
